The Grand Seiko Service Studio is a workshop specializing in the repair of Grand Seiko timepieces. Our Grand Seiko watchmakers are highly skilled, undergo continuous training, and are all certified by SEIKO Watch Corporation in Japan to provide complete overhaul services for your Grand Seiko watch. Most Grand Seiko watches can be serviced at our Service Studio in Upper Saddle River, NJ. Select calibers, as well as all models in the Masterpiece collection, must be returned to Japan for service. Please note that we no longer accept watches to be dropped off at our Service Studio. Please visit our website with information about how to send your watch to us for service.
