Sutter’s Watch Repair was the first and original Independent Service Center to be recognized by Rolex. As Rolex specialists, we have been servicing Rolex watches exclusively for over 60 years. We are located right across from Millennium Park and “The Bean”, on Michigan Avenue and Washington Streets. If a trip to our offices is not convenient for you, we invite you to ship your Rolex to us for service. Many of our customers ship to us from the nearby suburbs and from across the country.
